MAT WORK for BEGINNERS and INTERMEDIATE
Group classes are run at Hurst Cricket Club on Wednesday evenings at
5.00pm Teenager. 6.00pm Beginners. 7.00pm intermediates. 8.00pm Men Only
The 7.00pm class is a mixed ability class focussing on teaching mat based exercises. The lesson will start with a warm up; the main phase will use the core - teaching you flexibility and upper and lower strength, pelvic stability and spinal stretch and rotation. Closing phase is to stretch and relaxation. The maximum number in a class is 10 clients.
MEN ONLY PILATES CLASS
This 8.00pm class is very popular giving tips for golfers, tennis players, cyclists, runners, and office workers sitting at desks in their working lives.
This class runs for an hour with maximum of 10 clients. Focussing on mat work, giving you a series of exercises to challenge you to reach your own goals.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable soft clothing that you can move in. we don’t wear shoes, go barefoot or in socks.
